By creating an account or using Quipy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Quipy lets hosts share a personal booking link so guests can pick an activity and time. You are responsible for the dates you offer, the information you publish, and any meeting that follows.
Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.
Acceptable use
Do not use Quipy for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to collect personal data without a clear purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Content
You retain rights to content you submit (profile text, activities, messages). You grant Quipy a license to host and display that content as needed to run the service.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product.
Limitation of liability
Quipy is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from meetings arranged through it.
